To announce the landmark partnership between Al Ittihad Club and the Al Balad Development Co., using the global star power of Karim Benzema. The goal was to celebrate Al Ittihad’s deep roots in Jeddah’s historic district.

Insight: Al Ittihad Club is the first football club founded in Saudi Arabia. The player used to gather at central Jeddah, which is known today as the Al Balad district. A heritage town with all the history of Jeddah. The club has signed a contract with “Karim Benzema.” A global icon setting a new era of international excellence.

Concept: To create an artwork showing Karim Benzema in the center of the canvas, leading a tiger”Ittihad symbol” surrounded by the old architecture buildings of Al Balad. This creates a juxtaposition between the historic beauty of old Jeddah and the high energy modern world of professional football.
